My original plan for my 260Z was to Plasti-Dip it until I could afford to put real time/money into the bodywork. But then I remembered the bitch of a time it was removing just a coated bumper after the summer. I'd be doing nearly the same amount of work to remove an entire car's worth of Plasti-Dip after a year or so as I would to do proper surface prep anyway. At least that's how my arms would feel. Don't get me wrong, I love the stuff, but I wouldn't use it on a car I planned to do real bodywork on in the semi-distant future.
